Privacy on the tacosdedatos guides storefront
This page describes current practice on guias.tacosdedatos.com, a storefront for one-off PDF and ZIP purchases. It is not an exhaustive legal contract or a certification. It also does not cover Biblioteca subscriber accounts, which run on a separate site.
What a purchase involves
A paid offer is charged through Stripe Checkout. Stripe processes the payment. This storefront receives what it needs to authorize delivery: that the session is complete, and that the product, environment, original amount, and currency match, plus the approved artifact. We do not ask this repository to store card numbers.
A signed download URL is generated only after that check, returned in a private non-cacheable response, and expires in at most fifteen minutes. A recovery attempt re-checks the receipt; it does not grant a new entitlement.
What this storefront does not do
Free resources here do not require signup or email to download. We do not sell mailing lists built from this storefront. Operational logs and Vercel analytics may include the path, product slug, and a bounded failure reason. They must not include Checkout Session IDs, signed URLs, emails, card data, or raw Stripe payloads.
Subscriber identity, sign-in, and subscription entitlements belong to Biblioteca. This storefront is not the authority for those accounts. If your question is about a subscription, resolve it there. The /acceso and /biblioteca paths only redirect.
Refunds, agents, and how to reach us
Each offer’s refund practice is on its product page. Most paid guides in this storefront offer a refund if you email within the first seven days. A few specific offers, such as Sistema de trabajo, are published as final purchases with no refunds. This page does not invent an extra guarantee: read the product page or ask hola@tacosdedatos.com.
An agent may read the public catalog and this policy. It must not purchase on your behalf without your approval of the product and USD price. For a privacy or delivery question, email hola@tacosdedatos.com without attaching payment secrets. Developer documentation for tacosdedatos is at /developers.
