Email and what to include
Write to hola@tacosdedatos.com. Include the purchase or API subject, the product name when relevant, and the Stripe receipt email when the question is about a paid download. Do not send card numbers, payment-form screenshots, or the full URL of a private checkout session or signed download.
If an agent helps you draft the message, review it before sending. An agent must not start a tacosdedatos checkout without your explicit approval of the product and the USD price shown on the offer.
When to write here and when to use Biblioteca
This storefront handles discovery and one-off purchases: a PDF, a ZIP, or a skill. If you paid here and could not download, or you need another delivery attempt, email hola@tacosdedatos.com. Operational recovery re-checks the Stripe receipt and the approved artifact; it does not create or change a subscription entitlement.
If you are a tacosdedatos subscriber looking for HTML reading, account access, or subscription content, open Biblioteca. The /acceso and /biblioteca paths on this storefront redirect there on purpose. Newsletter questions belong on tacosdedatos.com.
Developers and agents
Public tacosdedatos documentation for agents is at developers. The HTTP contract is at /api/openapi.json and the current catalog is at /api/v1/catalog. For a contract question, cite the operation and error code, never a signed URL.
There is no official tacosdedatos CLI. The supported path is the catalog, OpenAPI, and the UCP profile. We answer email when we can; we do not publish a guaranteed response time or a support phone number.
